We recommend all new clients book a 30 Minute Intro Session. This allows us to assess your movement needs, discuss your goals, and recommend the best programme for you. The Intro Session costs $49. It includes a simple movement screening and an introduction to basic Pilates principles. If you decide to continue, the $49 fee is credited towards any 10 session class or studio pack.
